from the Dicemoor event, the TeddyNator will have a permanent stall in MM but when I look into the prize tables I do not see where it is awarded and for what. There is no indication that it can be crafted in Jack's Shop either. It is the same with the Roystonea Palm. The prize table list mock items, should it read permanent instead?

The giver "Dice Explosion" gives +1 harvesting workshop, is it a charged giver or is it permanent?
