FAQ Farmerama Comic #5: The Storm

With the Harvest Helper Team off on a quest to get the spare part that will fix the Harvest Helper, the rest of the animals on the farm are working furiously to complete all the customer orders. Only Fuzzles Woolytop is unaware of the crisis going on. He's prepared a lovely cupcake party in the hopes that someone, anyone, will drop by and keep him company. When no one shows up, the black sheep becomes very sad, which has a noticeable effect on the weather - making it more difficult for the farm work to be completed. Fuzzles must figure out a way to cheer himself up so that the farm isn't blown away in the storm... ​

* How can I access the event?

You can access the event from the event place, in front of Farmer's Society:​

* What is special about this event?

• There will be two special event crops:

Balloon Bloom

Time: 4 hours
EP / BEP (2x2): 32
Plantable on the Main Land, Green Meadow, Magical Glade & Bahamarama from level 2+

Giant Rhubarb

Time: 8 hours
EP / BEP (2 x 2): 48
Plantable on the Main Land, Green Meadow, Magical Glade & Bahamarama from level 2+​

Every player will get 5 seeds at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.​

• There will be two special event drops:

Comic Book

You'll get these drop items when harvesting your farm
They will be requested as donations for the event quest

Frosting

You'll get these drop items when harvesting your farm
They can be used to shorten the Cupcakes maturing time
Each frosting reduces the growing time by 25% - you can use 1 per Cupcake.​

• There will be a special event product/decoration, harvestable in 4 stages:

You will get 30 Cupcakes every time you collect your daily login bonus, starting with 14 hours before the event (but will be visible after the event starts) !

Everyone collecting the daily login bonus for the 10th of September is
also collecting the 30 cupcakes - but as announced in the news layer in game
and above in the FAQ, they are not visible until the event starts. ​

You can also win Cupcakes as reward in the event quest, or from event baskets. The Cupcakes can be found in the Decorations inventory, and can be placed on Main Land, Green Meadow, Magical Glade and Bahamarama. Only the XL cupcakes will be harvested by the machinery, the lower stages of maturity will have to be collected manually.

The Cupcakes can be harvested in 4 different stages, each having different value. You will then see them in your barn, under the "Other" category.

S Cupcake : 25 points

Harvested if the Cupcake is left to mature between:
0 min - 5 h 19 min

M Cupcake : 50 points

Harvested if the Cupcake is left to mature between:
5 h 20 min - 10 h 39 min

L Cupcake : 75 points

Harvested if the Cupcake is left to mature between:
10 h 40 min - 15 h 59 min

XL Cupcake : 100 points

Harvested if the Cupcake is left to mature for:
16 h

* How can I get more drop items?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends. You can send 5 (or 7 with rune) free gifts, and you can receive up to 20 gifts per day. After the free gifts, you can send more gifts for the same price as 1 item in the shopping center.
  
• You can buy Comic Books and Tubes of Frosting in bulk from the Shop
  
• You can get some from the event baskets.
  
• If you have a Magic tree, it will give 1 x Comic Book per harvest during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! Clicking on the Event place will open the Event window:

Click on View Chore to open the donation layer (see the table below for the requirements). You can not do these steps in a different order. Progress of the 5 steps is made through layers 1 to 6. Use the arrows to navigate through the event "rooms".​

Please note that donated resources will not be refunded if you do not finish a certain stage.
You can donate the whole amount requested by the quest or partially donate the resources you have available, until you finish the mission (silver, gold or diamond). Therefore, please make sure that you have enough resources to finish the mission before you donate, or you will loose the partially donated resources.


Please note that for level 4 you will need 17500 cupcake points.
After donating minimum 30% of this value (5250 points), you can finish this step, collect partial rewards and move to layer number 5.

The complete order button will only be active after donating 5250 Cupcake points,
and by clicking on it, you will see the partial rewards you can collect. You can choose to
complete it by donating the whole 17500 points, or finish it earlier and collect the prizes
displayed in the donation window. The partial rewards are explained in a pop-up which can
be accepted or cancelled when pressing the "Complete order" button.

* Can I use BBs to advance in the event?

Yes. Yes, you use BBs to complete parts of the event, apart from step 4 - which can be finished by completing it partially. In the other donations window, you will see next to each requirement, a small blue plus sign:​

Once you click on it, you will see the amount of BBs needed to 'skip' this part, and you will be asked to confirm that you do indeed want to pay this price for completing that part of the challenge.​

* Will the Balloon bloom or Giant rhubarb stay as a crops after the event?

All the event goods will be exchanged after the event:
