FAQ How to clear your browser cache and cookies

    Your internet browser stores certain information about farmerama, from time to time you might get slight errors or conflicts here that mean the game doesn't seem to function correctly. This happens more often if you have more than one farm that you play.

    Below are instructions on how to clear the cache on 3 of the most popular browsers. Other browsers will use a similar method.​

    Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)

    1. From the tool bar, select Tools
    2. Then click on top item, Delete Browsing History
    3. Then put a tick in the Temporary Internet Files tick-box
    4. And press the Delete button
    Mozilla FireFox (FF)

    1. From FireFox Menu, select History
    2. Then select, Clear Recent History
    3. Then put a tick in the relevant Cache tick-boxes
    4. Check the Time Range pull-down is set to Everything
    5. And press the OK button
    Google Chrome

    1. Go to the options menu (3 dots at top right corner) and select More Tools
    2. Then click on Clear Browsing Data
    3. A new tab will now open
    4. Then put a tick in the Browsing History, Cookies and other site Data and Cached images and files tick-boxes if not chosen already
    5. Check the Time Range pull-down is set to All Time
    6. And press the Clear Data button
