* Is the Trans-Seedlantic Express permanent feature?

The Trans-Seedlantic Express is a mini event that will keep returning on the farm for a few days, approximately every 2-3 months.​

* What is the Trans-Seedlantic Express?

The Trans-Seedlantic Express is a feature that allows you to recycle your farm trees and tree upgrades.​

* How can I access the Trans-Seedlantic Express?

You can access the feature by clicking on the train in the farm city.
​

The train will stop in the right top side of the city, next to the Premium Villa.
​

Mega Jumbo Trees​

 

​

* How does the Trans-Seedlantic work?

The feature has the following steps/stages:
Order: You can trade in trees and/or upgrades into 6 tree slots of the train. The trees' total worth is calculated (using special values that you can see under each tree) and based on the total value, you may choose a seedling that is equal or cheaper than the total tree worth. If you want to choose a seedling that is more expensive than the value you donated, you need to buy them with BBs.
Please note that you can get only one seedling per cycle - if you donate a higher total value of trees than the value of the seedling you choose to order, you will lose the difference and you will start the next cycle with a total value of 0.
Once you choose a seedling, the train leaves the station and the next step is activated ...

Wait for delivery: You have to wait one hour for the train to come back. Once the train returns to the station, the next step is activated...

Collect: You can collect the seedling you have chosen. The special seedling will go to your inventory, and the mini event window will reset to the initial stage.​

* What exactly do I have to do?

ORDER​

This is what you will see when you open the Trans-Seedlantic Express window:​

Clicking on the green plus icons will allow you to trade in up to 6 trees that are needed for one special seedling. You can mix and match the trees as you wish, you can choose to donate 6 trees of the same kind (for example, 6 XL catalpa trees), or you can donate 6 various trees (for example, 1 apple tree, 1 XL pear tree, 3 scented trees, 1 walnut tree. Please note that you can donate less than 6 trees if the total value is enough for exchanging them into a seedling. After donating them, your window will look like this:​

1. The total value of the trees you donated
2. The trees you traded in, their value, and the option to remove them by clicking on the x icon located in the top right corner of the tree icon
3. The types of seedlings you can order for the value of trees you donated. Please note that you can only choose one of them.
4. The seedlings you can order and their value. Placing your cursor over the seedling will open a tooltip showing the results you can get from it, and the chance for each type of tree. If the button below the seedling icon is green and says 'Exchange', you can order the seedling for the amount of trees you donated. If the button is blue and has the word 'Buy' on it, you need to purchase it with BBs, if you choose that seedling. Please note that you can purchase the special seedlings with BBs without trading in any tree.

As soon as you confirm your order, the train will leave the station and you are entering stage 2:

WAIT FOR DELIVERY​

While waiting for your delivery, you will see the following screen, displaying the remaining time until the arrival and your order:​

Of course, you can close the window and farm as you normally do, then return for the next stage:

COLLECT YOUR SPECIAL SEEDLINGS​

When the train returns to the station with your order, you will have to collect your special seedling by clicking on the 'Collect' button.​

You will receive a pop-up that will confirm that the seedling is now in your inventory.

USE THE SPECIAL SEEDLINGS​

You are now able to select from the Trees inventory the special seedling and place the special seedling on your farm, then discover in 4 hours what special tree is hiding in your order.​

* If I win a Mega Tree XXL or XL, do I need to win a basic tree as well in order to use the upgrade?

No, all the Mega Tree XXLs and XLs come with a basic tree + upgrade. When you remove them from your field, they will go to the inventory as 2 separate items.​

* Where can I place the special seedlings?

You can place the special seedlings on the main land, green meadow or magical glade. You cannot place the special seedlings on the island or in the park.​

* Can I use the Suzi's turbo mulch and Suzy's super grow on the Mega Jumbo trees?

* Can I use the machinery to harvest/place/fertilize these trees?

Yes, you can use the machinery for the Mega Jumbo Trees.​
