    i purchased a bb package, and my bank informed me of the transaction has been put on my bank account, but i have not received any bb's. can you check on this? my id#25480043

    Hello custerboy,

    What payment method did you use? If you paid via card, you should have received the BBs. If you paid via bank transfer, it will take a few business days for the money to be received by Farmerama / Bigpoint in the German bank account, and the BBs to be booked to your account.

    At the moment, no purchases are showing on your account.
