    How am I going to get out of this situation? This product does not exist. I cannot progress in the department. I can't cancel. It remained that way.

    I think this event ended for me.

    My 2 question: What is this devil's claw? How to get it?

    As you have delivered to the first step, there is nothing further I can do. As -Paaryna11 stated, you will need to open the Devil's Claw statue in the Monkey Temple. It can be found in Chamber 2.

    But I think there is a mistake in the game.
    If I couldn't handle it, the event was ending for me. They did not set a cancel option.

    There is no mistake. This event mechanism was intended as it is.

    As stated in the FAQ,

    *Note! Once building has started on the first Cake Stand, you will only be able to choose between the other 2 flavors not used in the first Cake Stand, to construct your second Cake Stand with, so you may wish to decide which two flavors requirements/rewards you will use for both Cake Stands before starting construction on either Cake Stands, as you will not be able to undo your choices once construction has started!

    2). Click the green plus icon to deliver goods to start your Cake Stand construction OR click the red cross to delete your current choice of material and choose a different one to construct with.
    *Note! Once you have donated to the first step of a Cake Stand, you cannot change the pastry material chosen.

    We hope that since Devil's Claw is available in an early Chamber of the Monkey Temple you will be able to unlock it and carry on with the event. We encourage you (and all players) to make sure you have the ability to donate to the step you choose before you actually donate and lock in your choices.

    It's okay to take back or not buy products. However, there should have been a mission cancellation option such as an Emergency Exit. The mission that was canceled was deemed not done. I don't think a button accidentally clicked should end the whole event.
    I took care of my problem. I activated the devil's claw. (I didn't even know it was there). You can close the topic. Thanks.
