    HI
In all my yrs of game play this has never happened. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to buy mice. For the last 2 weeks there havent been any. I know its an odd question but I am a little frustrated. Ty

    Hello elimeno,

Each market is different. It depends whether the supply meets the demands as to whether there are offers. You will have to keep trying to see if some become available or produce the animal yourself.

    Can I assist you further?

Thanks...I was just wondering bc it is really odd. Never happen before. I do produce them but then the workshop gobbles them up. One more thing, in a previous post you mentioned that F5 can refresh the game. that doesnt work so I am constantly logging out and in. any other suggestions?

The F5 button should work, both in Unity and the Standalone Client. Check with your keyboard as some have a fn tab which must be held down before pressing F5. Which client are you using to access the Game? Have you tried both versions to see if it works in any?

Can I assist you with anything further?

The download is referred to as the Standalone Client. Unity has 2 platforms that you may choose from: the Standalone client or log in via a browser (Unity WebGL).

    F5 works in both platforms.

I"m sorry for the confusion. Unity is now the platform that Farmerama runs on and there are 2 options: WebGL and Standalone client.

The WebGL is accessed through a browser just like you normally would through Flash. The Standalone client is the download that you access through a desktop icon.

Perhaps a review of the FAQs would help you understand them better and choose which one works best for you machine.
    Unity WebGL
    Standalone Client

Just like in Flash, Unity WebGL (in your browser such as Chrome or Firefox) there is a refresh button (looks like not quite a closed circle with an arrow on it at the top of the page close to the web address) or you could use the F5 button (top row of keyboard) to refresh the game.

The Standalone client does not have a refresh button but one of the game fixes by the Team was to allow F5 to refresh the game without having to use your log in credentials again. The window does close but reopens again and you don't have to log in again.

You may need to clean your cache and cookies, ensure your browser is the latest version, close any other programs or windows that are open and check your system's requirements to be sure your computer can support the game.

The Game Team continues to work on issues to improve game play so hopefully you will see a smoother experience soon.

    May I assist you further?
