Very slowly loading

Hi,

So i reported a "me too" in the other thread and i did all the required things; clear cache, windows updates, browser updates, reset modem and router, multiple browsers, multiple computers and tablet types... pretty much everything an IT person can and should do before posting a helpdesk ticket. Nothing, and i mean nothing, changed. Game is super slow to load for both my wife and i, inside and outside our home network. Something changed on the back end and its worked its way to client side. This is now the second event affected by these issues. Can you please investigate?

I have cleared your server logs to see if that helps. Please close the Game, then try logging back in to see if it has improved.

Thank you. I closed the entire browser, re-opened it and cleared cache and the issue is still present. I do not believe these actions remedy the situation, its in the coding of the game at this point. Ticket can be closed.
