payment issue

    i have had an email from Bigpoint saying my last payment was declined. if this was not paid by 2 weeks my account will be de-activated. when i went to the shop and checkout if came up with different payment options and not the usual we get when buying. is this genuine or has my account been hacked. if its genuine why doesn't the normal payment page open for me

    Any help will be appreciated as i dont want to pay until and certainly don't want my account de-activated
