Could you please check mine too. It's also blank and has been since I got in the game after maintenance was complete. I have done all the usual checks and nothing brings it back. I use the browser version and Chrome's up to date. Thank you!

Common fail ! Here too LUCKYLY one time it was there and I get that +1 crops for 3 hours and then it goes blank! and my real-life-GF also same, it is blank. So above me users - not yours computer fail...

There is also many other bugies... could not logged out - pressing F5 and immediatly log out -> cames erros Java Console AND Unity erros about 10 combined... game logges out but next time same. If You don´t press F5 or re-load other-type - game do not LogOut...

Yes, unfortunately the fix didn't work it seems. Let's hope their second attempt to find solution will take care of the issue soon.

None of the above works:

1) you can't get to the forum without re-loading
2) Daily Login bonus - not seen without re-load
3) LogOut from game - do not work without re-load...

Maybe it's not worth trying that new feature of the game, with a high probability it will take 2500 stars, but then you can hardly get to that area... If the game doesn't work anyway, then why would it work, a new feature.

It's a shame to complain, but maybe it would be nice if one of the administrators knows. And I can't bring myself to make a new thread, I can just move these all to new threads, I don't mind...

 

Thank you and everyone who is working on the different issues. Obviously a lot of work has gone into the new developments and I don't expect everything to work flawlessly in the beginning.

I logged out/completely closed the game, and logged in again. Still blank login area. My hope is that if the daily login bonus problem isn't fixed before the next login, that players will receive credit for the missed day/s and not lose their login streak. Thanks again for your help.

Update: With today's login, the bug has been fixed and I was able to collect the daily bonus.

All issues mentioned above are known. Unfortunately it starts to be so late here in Europe that next attempt to get solution and fix for those will be tomorrow. Until then reloading the game is only first-aid to get at least something to work.

Let's hope tomorrow is wiser.

 

NOUB ! not for me, even if:

I booted the PC - Then after that I cleared the cache, other than login information and passwords, (who would be crazy to destroy them!?), cookies and history and others.

Then I thought to log in to game -> afraid of nothing, straight blank "Daily bonus".

I know that there are regular spins of the wheel of fortune, it doesn't hurt that I don't get them, but when it does, it postpones getting the next bonus, i.e. it offers day 8 again tomorrow, even if it should be offered on day 9.

Hopefully, in European time, we can fix the issue "in the morning" so that the bonuses of December 8, 2022 are available to everyone! (and of cource my 826 days Login-straight not get down!)

 

At least now at 15.07 CET (14.07 in Finland) the Login Bonus menu is still completely empty. I haven't been able to redeem the 8.12.2022 prize, those Wheel of Fortune tickets, so far this day.

It's sad, not only the tickets, but the fact that the other prizes will be passed on. I'm sure we all hope that this can be fixed today.

If you can't get it along with other problems, then at least some automatic correction for all of the players missed this bonus, so that we would be equal on the same line!

i hope with all this tech problems that are being enforced upon us...nobody loses their daily login bonus and count...i have been logging in continuously for over a year..dont want to lose that...or the daily login bonus prizes through problems that are not of my own making!
some assurances from the team on these issues would settle a lot of players minds
