Hello. I bought 4 mystery stables and I think that I had 98bbs to start with so I should now have about 38bb left. For some reason now I only have 9 bbs. I might have accidentally purchased something else but I have been all through my inventory and can't seem to find anything. Is it possible to find out what happened to my bb's ?

    Hello KnitRubyPurl,

I apologise for the late reply. I have checked your logs and you have bought 2 cloud rows:
    2015-09-28 04:27:343260 - BuyableCloudRow15 -54.00, BB left: 2.00
    2015-09-28 04:27:193260 - BuyableCloudRow7, -42.00, BB left: 56.00

You've been earning BBs meanwhile through the Cinema. I am really sorry to see this was not intended, because we are unable to refund the cloud row purchases :( .

Is there anything else I can assist you with?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear

You are most welcome, KnitRubyPurl, we are always happy to look into these matters to put your mind at easy - nothing should be left unclear. I apologise it took so long though, and I appreciate your kind words.

    Best regards,
