Bahamarama Harbor

I'm anxious to receive an answer for my question and so I come to the forum after sending my query via the contact form (little blue exclamation point icon).
Yesterday (and today) I purchased golden bananas in order to unlock the Bahamarama Harbor. I used 30 to unlock it - but it didn't unlock, nor were there new quests - but my bananas were taken.
I tried again, using another 30 golden bananas and the same thing happened. I have now ostensibly lost 60 golden bananas!
I was under the impression that once I "unlocked" the harbor, I'd get new quests but that hasn't happened.
I haven't heard back from Tech Support yet about a refund of my bananas or money I used to purchase them - or of course, unlocking the harbor/quests as expected.
Can anyone shed light on this mystery?
Maybe I'm missing something....I thought I read everything on unlocking the harbor.....

Update - I just received 2 new Bahamarama Quests - does this mean someone is working on my issue? No bananas were returned though. Or does it really take 60 bananas to unlock the harbor?

Shipwreck Bay is opened with the Harbor Statue in Chamber 8 and once unlocked, you will see the Shipwreck Bay quests.
