    Hello Floridasolve,

    You have to place the 3 upgrades onto the base Rusty Bamboo Thunder on one of your fields. Once the item has been fully upgraded to the Bamboo thunder, you can delete it from your field. It will then be able to be placed on the Cloudrow.
