BigFish users can no longer access the forums

As a player who logs in via BigFishGames, I am no longer able to access the forum. I can read it, but I cannot post.

Several months ago, BigPoint changed the forums and they no longer allowed those of us who portal into the game via BigFish to access the forums. Prior to that, I could access the forums via my bigfish account (user name sewinglady). When I asked about this, I was told there wasn't an issue and that without an account one could not access this forum.

So I've created a BigPoint Farmerama account in order to post here. But, in the meantime, anyone who really doesn't want a second farm, and portals in via BigFish can no longer access the forums. There is NO link to these forums on our farm page. Yes, one can do a google search and come here and lurk all day long, but we cannot post.

Please ask the technicians to create a way for those of us who access the game via BigFish to come and post here.

We will ask the Game Team to look into this matter as soon as possible, and we will have a short announcement hopefully by the end of the week, or at least next week, to update you and all the Big Fish players about this issue. I apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this is being investigated further.
