IT has determined that the error message is due to trying to multiple, rapid logins. They have recommended that you do not attempt any log ins for at least 15 minutes as this will trigger more blocks.

I received the error message on the first attempt of logging in today. Then it was continual.

I just tried logging in again and the problem is still going on. I have waited a long time before attempting to sign in.

I see from another forum post that I am not the only one having this issue.

I hope that you are not experiencing other outside issues.

 

I have forwarded your feedback that the suggested wait time of 15 minutes is not working. Hopefully, they will find a fix soon.
