blocked from signing in

I have four farms and haven't been able to sign in getting error message as other people also. this happened over several hours so I don't think that signing in too often. I used extra buffs and 100% spins. Not a happy farmer.

Right now, the system is counting all attempts to log to include multiple accounts. For example, if you were unsuccessful on one account and tried another and so on for all 4 farms, it is seeing it as rapid logins.

I have forwarded your feedback to the Game Team of your experience and hopefully, they find a fix soon.

I understand the frustration, and can update you when I have more information.

 

I had the problem on multiple accounts as well. Been playing for 10+ years and have never seen this before. Frustration is very high.

I understand the frustration with not being able to log in. I'm glad to see you can log in today.

The IT Department is working hard to keep the game stable and to protect the game during DDoS attacks. The blocked messages were from multiple attempts to log in. The system counts all attempts from the same IP address.

they weren't from my other farms. Also, I am working on level 20 of event and finished long before time (I have screen shot) but didn't receive extra prize. Also, will they be extending and compensating us?

 

Your logs show that you completed level 20 in 73 seconds. I think that level had to be completed in 59 seconds. You completed the level and got the 20 star coins, but as you were over the time, you didn't receive the 2 wonder trees as the bonus.

Regarding compensation, we do not have any information at this time if there will be any compensation. The question has been forwarded for consideration. If there will be any form of compensation, we will announce it.

well according to the clock on my screen it had 30 seconds left of it. Would you like screen shot? I know I sound angry and I am sorry but this is getting pretty annoying with game issues.

 

I am sorry for the game issues and the resulting frustration. We cannot do anything here in the forum about the issue you describe with the event. You can contact Support and include your screenshot with any details about the mini game and see if they can assist you.

You can find the Support form either by using the ! button at the top right hand of the game screen or from the link at the bottom of the game frame.
