Blocking a player from the game

I cant find how to block a player from the game? Its a mentee. I tried to email you about it (TB)...kinda freaking me out...thnks

I tried to remove him from my chickadee roost & then I got him back as a chickadee and cant remove him for 12 hours

A player cannot be blocked from the game unless they break the conditions they agreed to under the Terms & Conditions when they signed up for the game. I'm not sure who you tried to email but you can contact Support they will be able to assist you more than we can on the Forum.

I'm sorry your ousted Chickadee was returned to your Roost. We have no control over the Chickadee - Mentor system and the allocation is completely random. You could try to find Chickadees under the other English speaking flags on the log in page

You have blocked the Chickadee from your Post Office so you will no longer receive their communications with you.

Well No if u cant get him out of my roost...i have to wait 12 hours. I already contacted support...I dont care about blocking him from the game, I just want him blocked from m e.
