blueprint for event

    The blueprints are won by doing the event quests, in one step you win three blueprints.....I just checked, it seems the blueprints are a reward for completing the second step of the event.....right after the timed quest...

    Thankyou Michael1877, that is correct.

    You receive the blueprints from the 2nd step of the event. You will then be able to build the workshops in the city.
