can bamboo be bought and sold at the market?

    There's a quest I really want to do that requires bamboo, and I'm a long way off from being able to grow it myself. I can't find any in the market and keep checking back. Can it be sold? just no one is selling at the moment? Seemed odd to me that there were no offers at all.

    Hello smijen2,

    You will not be able to buy/sell or grow Bamboo until you have opened the Bamboo Statue in the Monkey Chamber.
