    Why cant it be placed in the park? like everything else from m&m, i don't get it.

    It doesn't work in the park because it only gives BEP and not EP.

    As bigbellybeffers has kindly indicated, this item gives Baha EP, so can only be placed on Bahamarama or Shripwreck bay.
