Bug Cinema Issues: December

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 7:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Please note that if you do not provide the details request, we won't be able to forward the issues to be taken care of. Please refrain from other comments and just collect the broken videos by providing all the requested details - not providing them and complaining that the videos are not being taken care of will not help . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ​

look for everyone going nut's over the movie's, there is nothing wrong with your sh-- , it is what it is. everytime there is an event maybe it work's maybe not. it will never get fixed, they don't care. when you understand what there doing it's easy just go with the flow, do the best you can, dont give up they will work sooner than latter, it suck's but it is what it is just go over this hole section and look at the complaint's it go's on for year's

 

"The squeaky wheel gets the grease"....eventually.....(hint, BP. You have the power...it is your website they are using for access.)

 

I too have only gotten no available movie for the last 8 days at least. At Christmas time??? when there are so many ads everywhere else??? Either something is very wrong or Big Point ask too much money for his ads and does not get any.

 

I am also having the same problem with the cinema. None for the last 8 days either and I also allowed popups for this site. Hope they get it fixed soon as I don't own a credit card to buy BB's

3 days later still no movies. If only a few country gets them it is not fair. If something is wrong fix it. Usually at Christmas we have a wide variety of ads and plenty of them.

The message I am getting is "One moment please..." this is a prompt that there is a video ready to play but it doesn't play. This has been going on for nearly a week. I have tried everything recommended and still no videos. This is just not right. ID 20669282

 

I have been getting the same prompt for a full month now. Asked if it was my setting and how to check it, but only got the standard answer that the mods are not responsible for the number of movies showing.
I know that the mods do their best and have no say on BP policies. I was wandering if anyone has the same problem or if my setting was wrong because once I was told something about pop up. Could not get any answer on question.
If numerous people have the same problem then it is BP, if only a few then it is my setting. But that specific question was not answer.

 

I have the same problem, and I think many others do also. BP needs to fix the problem, it is not fair to us not to be able to have a way to earn BB's other than purchasing them. I have another account and when I go to long in, I have to watch a video before I can even get to the first screen. Why do I have to watch that video, but can't get one at the "Cinema"? It is just a way to try to make us buy BB's. Seems to me that if they have videos to watch before we can play they should have videos for us to make some money.

 

Same problem as everyone else on 2 farms. No videos available. It happens at all times of the day/night - not a problem due to time.

I have noticed in the past that there are usually problems when an event is running but this is not the same as it says that there are no videos available.

Need those BB's for the upcoming tree/pen sales. Sometimes it plays 1 and then says no videos available and other times it just says no videos available and doesn't play anything.
