Bug Cinema Issues: June 2015

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 6:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Third day in a row I'm reaching videos that don't give any rewards. I know that at some point there were videos that requested (not explicitly, it was more trial and error on my part) clicking a link to give you the reward, it is not the case here, these are embedded from youtube and there's no additional link other than the one leading to the youtube page. The most exasperating is the fact that the videos usually seem to have a somewhat set order of play and once you reach one of these it gets stuck and doesn't go to another one, on occasions I've played these kind of greedy pests more than a dozen times without getting either any rewards or another video.

I've been having the same issue as bwraven, today it is the Stowford Press ad that just keeps playing and giving nothing in return.

 

1- no points, the only 'x' i see is to exit the cinema after viewing the entire video.

next day and no response? every video that asks to click the 'x' are not giving points.

 

I have watched this #IKEAtemporary commercial about 6 times or more as it is the only "movie" that will come up. it loads, i click on it to play, i watch it all the way through and then no points. there is nothing extra to click on and i have clicked on the ad a couple of times it takes you to the site and still no points. the last time was 12:45 am 6/4/15 central time (7 hour time difference) U.S. (just a few minutes ago is last time tried). I use firefox 3801 and flash is 17001882
Same as player above.. the only X is the game screen frame X nothing in or on the ad itself.

It doesn't load for me.

 

Watched two movies today ... no points.

 

1/ I've just got a video which didn't load, not the usual black one but trying to load with an error message.
2/ It was at 14.38 CEST
3/ I'm in England
4/ I didn't take a screenshot, sorry. I did copy/paste the following error message:
"Unsupported Size for Ad Unit.
Ad unit is currently 425x150. Minimum supported size is 300x250"

Note: The video I saw earlier today was same video but I received the points.

P.S.: I just watched that video again and no points this time neither. And not even that message to let me know... not even 1 point. There are 2 videos loading for this video. A big screen and one small screen. The video in big screen give points wile the small screen don't. I've watched the small one several time and never gives points.
Will somebody check this messages and give some answer to us so we know what is happening and why the video is still running if doesn't give points ?

 

i have had all the points above and now for 4 days in a row I haven't "qualified" any videos to watch so haven't been able to get any barn yard bills

not even responding to this thread anymore. they should just remove this section on cinema bugs.
