Bug Cinema Issues: October 2016

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 7:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Please note that if you do not provide the details request, we won't be able to forward the issues to be taken care of. Please refrain from other comments and just collect the broken videos by providing all the requested details - not providing them and complaining that the videos are not being taken care of will not help . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ​

Sorry for bothering you again with this, but it is driving me mad.

Since April, every time I want to watch a movie, I am getting a survey page. When I have filled out the form, it says at the end:
Thank you for participating! Your opinion is important to us and helps us make the game better.

There is NO button to claim the reward, there is also no X in the upper right corner.

Browser: Firefox 48.0
Country: Ireland

I had already posted this issue in July, tried it inbetween a few timesd, if it runs properly, but nothing is happening at all.

Please could you have a look into this.

Maryland Proton Center plays but does not give reward. I have seen this video several times and it is always the same - plays but no reward. Other videos are working.

I've tried two browsers Firefox and Chrome and get the same watlalo whatever it is that isn't loaded properly, is this the same vehicle? is stretched way down into a single file, it looks crazy and doesn't work. Neither does the superjet, right now I get one video a day of the stellman. nothing else works anytime of the day.
I've checked updates and cleared caches. may be a bug maybe not, I went from getting the max points to 15 sometimes 30 if I'm lucky. I've checked plug-ins and they're fine.

Loading a video gets an error. See below:

Instead of opening a vid, all that displays is: Internal Server Error
I was able to get vids until about 3 hours ago. Ad-blocker is off.
