Cloud row issues

    All day on Thursday, Oct. 15, 1500 til 0900, Friday Oct. 16, CEST, my cloud rows have not shown any time remaining until ready to be harvested. I am using firefox and I tried everything. I emptied the cache, reset, logged out and logged back in and none of it helped. I saw the other complaint about the same problem except, I was never able to get my time to appear. My location is the western USA. Thank you.

    I am having the same problem today, Friday, Oct. 16, 0800 western USA time. It just says, "New in", and the rest is blank. Sorry for the trouble, but I've tried everything and nothing seems to help. There is absolutely no time at all.

    I'm using firefox. It worked fine until a couple days ago.

    I'm not sure what the problem is, but it is still persisting on Saturday, Oct. 17. I am also having trouble with the movie theater. I get the points for the first video, but nothing after that. The combination of the two problems and nobody else having any trouble, makes me think the trouble may be on my end.

    The Game Team is aware of the Cloud issue, and hopefully it will be fixed soon. You are not the only one experiencing this problem.
