completed event, but didn't get final rewards

Hi,

I finished the last part of the current event and turned in all the products. I got the reward screen, but couldn't click on the check mark to close the window. I closed it with the x mark and went to load up the cloud row. It doesn't appear that I received the baha xp, the xp giver to place on the cloud, the zuchini bread and I assume the helper coupons either as the first items are not there. I have cleared my cache, history, logged out and back, tried another browser and still can't find them in my inventory. I believe it must have gliched when I was unable to click on the check mark to close the award prize window to finish the acceptance of the final part. Thank you.

I have checked your logs and you have received all the rewards. Actually, on the cloud row, you were able to place the reward from the last level - what you are missing is the reward from the second level, Santa Doze, which was placed on your Shipwreck Bay.

I think I must have put that item on shipwreck when I messed up on the purchased cloud row. I bought the cloud row and while trying to place the items, inadvertently purchased an extra frosty fountain which I placed on the shipwreck bay and saw Santa Doze and placed it not remembering where it came from. I was trying to place items and clicked the buy button and bought an extra one before I realized what I was doing. When I had trouble with the pop up window finishing the event, then couldn't find the item, I thought it was messed up.
