    I just consumed 5 red punch and 5 yellow pear jams and did not receive my trade points. This is not the first time it has happened. I am almost Level 3 in the spa and was looking forward to the points. Could you look into this. Thank you

    Hello desi20 :(

    Your products did not give you any trade points because you ate them instead of using them for leveling up your Confectionery / Spa. When you eat them, you get Experience Points / Bahamarama Experience Points - when you use them for upgrading your trades, you get the trade points instead.
