    i sent a ticket to support for a problem trying to purchase a bb package. i was suppose to get an e-mail verification, but never received one. can you help with this problem? my id #25480043

    when i go to account settings the e-mail box on the left shows a circle with a red line through it. i am unable to enter the e-mail setting.
