Did my roosters fly the coop?

I know I had 5 roosters in my barn and I just won 1 from the phoenix stables. I go to put him in with his brothers and there is only 3 Now I have 4 bc I added my new one so I am still missing the twins I even checked Baha in case they went to visit, nope, not there Please help me locate them

 

not a mod, but just to clarify, you are talking about pens, not the roosters themselves?

And, I assume you have tried the usual steps... logging off, clearing your cache, etc.? Also, since you say specifically it was from the pheonix stables, I don't imagine you could have confused it with a rooster deco item? Or that you made a mistake in the counts? Anyway, hope you find a solution. (and roosters won't go on Baha). I think the tech team is unusually busy lately, but be patient!

I have checked your logs and I see you have 4 Rooster coops in your inventory, however, I can only verify the latest 3 in your Wonder Stables logs, won on the:

• 19.09.2015, 19:40:39 CEST
• 12.06.2015, 14:22:58 CEST
• 14.05.2015, 19:51:06 CEST

Therefore there is nothing I can confirm or do in this case apart from advising you to contact Support and explain where all 5 came from and find the lost Rooster.

uhhh...my brain and memory doesn't work like that I did keep track of the winning animals. Problem is I used diff pieces of paper to keep track and told myself to write it in my notebook (which I failed to do) and one day I was cleaning and oops!! threw them away I will consider contacting support. Thanks teddy and enjoy the double chocolate brownies with chocolate chips I recommend a glass if cows milk with these
