Double Posting - Doubts?

    Dear moderators, I have a doubt.
    If have posted in a thread and for several days there is no further posting by any other members. If wish to post something new in that thread,
    • Can I post a new post below my old one ? Will it be deleted as double posting ? or
    • should I edit the previous post and add the new content ?
    • If I have to edit my previous post - What if it is very long ? Will I be allowed to create a new post
    This problem arises for me especially in the Grapevine section.
