    Yes, a ticket is essential. Support can advise you about the event. They can view your progress, view your mission donations, and see the delivery timestamp. I'm sorry, but this technical problem cannot be solved via the forum.

    I have tried many times to change my email but that doesn't work either!!
    It doesn't work, I don't know why, I have had a different internet provider for years, so different email.
    But my email is not updated, so tickets will not arrive unfortunately.
