    I purchased the 100 count empty vials. Twice, this morning. However, they have not been booked to my account. I know it's the weekend so tech help are probably home but I thought I'd ask anyway.

    I have refreshed my game. I switched from Flash to Unity. Still no vials.

    **leaves a spooky treat of pumpkin sugar cookies for the help**

    Your transaction did go through, but what you purchased was the empty flacon and not the empty vials.
