EP, trees and event drops

Do tree harvests increase event drops or just crops and animal pen harvests? What about workshop harvests? If I use an EP booster (such as zucchini bread) does that increase drop items further? What about CAC?

That is, is the rate of drop based on just EP, boosted EP, harvest quantities, boosted quantities or a combination? OR is it just a random drop based on the number of plots?

Does this vary per event? That is, it seems that the rate definitely varies by event. However, does the impact of each parameter vary as well... that is, maybe for one event EP "matters" more and for another the number of plots "matters" more? Are these parameters the same whether there is an event or not?

Also, I assume/understand that EP's from deco items/pets do not increase event drops. Is this correct?

 

It is my understanding that EP's have nothing to do with drop rates. It is the length of crop grown so planting your longer crop should give you better drop rates. And no CAC and ZAB doesn't affect drop rates. Yes, drops do seem to vary from event to event. Hope this helps.

You can receive drops from all crops/trees/animals. The Game Team do not share their drop formula with us (it is a very well guarded secret) The Trophy increases drop chances and also each Howie Donut turtle.

One more.. does using "time shorteners", like the green stuff, and buffs lesson the drops, then?

 

Using fertilizer or buffs do not lessen the drops.
