{FAQ} Farmerama Comic #3: Down with Borsty!

All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. Some info could get changed when going LIVE, the FAQ will be updated as soon as possible with correct information, so thank you for your patience and understanding, and don't forget to refresh every now and then to check for updated info (particularly translation of names).

* From what level can we participate in this event?

From level 2.

* How can I access the event?

You can access the event from the event place, in front of Farmer's Society: ​

* What is special about this event?

• There will be two special event crops:

Daisy

Time: 4 hours
EP (2x2): 32
Plantable on all 4 lands (Main Land, Green Meadow, Magical Glade, Bahamarama) from level 2+

Titan arum

Time: 8 hours
EP (2x2): 48
Plantable on the Main Land and Green Meadow from level 2+

Every player will get 10 seeds at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.​

Bindle

You'll get these drop items when harvesting your farm​

* What else is new about this event?

This event also brings back the latest special event mechanism! The last step of this event will require a certain amount of pre-determined animal, calculated for each player individually. The pre-determined animal needed will depend on your level, and the amounts are based on the following factors:

• Your farm level
• Growing time of requested resource
• Room time (event duration, estimated playtime - affects possible harvests, event rooms)
• Room difficulty

In addition, the first step of this quest is special! It is a timed task which will run for 24 hours. The task will end as soon as you complete the task, however, if you don't manage to complete it - you will receive a partial reward! For example, finishing 50% of the requirements in the given time, will give you half of the amounts offered as rewards.
And this is not all! The harvested animals will not be taken by the event, they will remain in your barn, so you can donate them towards the 3rd step!
Please note that you need to harvest at least one animal to move to the 2nd step.

* How can I get more drop items?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends. You can send 5 (or 7 with rune) free gifts, and you can receive up to 20 gifts per day. After the free gifts, you can send more gifts for the same price as 1 item in the shopping center.
  
• You can buy Bindles in bulk from the Shopping Center (see below)
  
• You can get some from the event baskets.
  
• If you have a Magic tree it will give 1 x Bindle per harvest during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! Clicking on the Event place will open the Event window:

Click on View Chores to open the task layer (see the table below for the requirements). You can not do these steps in a different order. Progress is made through the layer pages, 1 to 7. Use the arrows to navigate through the event layers.​

Donation rooms: Please note that donated resources will not be refunded if you do not finish a certain room.You can donate the whole amount requested by the quest or partially donate the resources you have available, until you finish the step. Therefore, please make sure that you have enough resources to finish the challenge before you donate, or you will loose the partially donated resources.



Remember! In step 1 it is intended that the animals go into the barn. In the Event layer is only counted how many animals you've harvested.

You will discover the animal/crop and amount required as soon as you get to that room,
there is no way to find out upfront what each of you will have to donate.
This is the new event mechanism, as explained above.​

* Can I use BBs to advance in the event?

Yes. Yes, you use BBs to complete parts of the event. In the donations window, you will see next to each requirement, a small blue plus sign:​

Once you click on it, you will see the amount of BBs needed to 'skip' this part, and you will be asked to confirm that you do indeed want to pay this price for completing that part of the challenge.​

* Will the Daisy or Titan arum stay as a crops after the event?

No.​

* What will happen with the left over event goods?

Each Daisy will be exchanged for 3 EP + 2 CC after the event.
Each Titan arum will be exchanged for 4 EP + 4 CC after the event.
Each Bindle will be exchanged for 5 EP + 4 CC after the event.​
