Farm Identity, and Mail Issues

    Decree Old Hand

    I've been informed of at least two separate issues regarding my game.

    The first is my farm level reporting as a level 1 farm to some players.

    The second is that I am not able to receive mail from certain people, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever received mail from anyone.

    That is correct, there is another inactive farm with your username which causes these problems. Please be so kind and contact support for this matter. Once the old account will be disabled, your farm will receive the neighbour requests, gifts, in game messages without problems. The Support contact form can be found here.
