G&T inventory - continued..........

This niggled me a bit, especially as I wasn't aware you could even have a farm at level 1 after starting it, and surely if a chicken pen shows, then apples should, as they are also an entry level item. Also, aren't mystery trees and pens entry level, but they aren't showing, only Baha trees are, which shouldn't be at level 1, since they too are level specific) - I agreed with the initial analysis; but on pondering it further, it seems more complicated than that.

After your original response, I went back and checked the forum post for this person. They are apparently a higher level player (somewhere probably in the 30s or 40s). So I thought perhaps the name had been added incorrectly, so deleted and reactivated it, however, it's still showing level 1 on my friend's board.

I would also point out that I did add this farmer during the last G&T and sent a gift with no problems and they certainly weren't level 1 then. I have deleted and reactived them, but with no success of correct farm level.

I have asked them to contact Support or whomever as I know you can't do anything through a third-party.

I just thought you might pass it on to some interested party that I have known farm names be confused within the system (and this might be the case in this instance) - it happened to me about a year after I started; a dormant but still active farm with virtually the same name, was being chosen by the system instead of my farm for igms, gifts etc. Yes, they were all found on that farm by the backroom bods and yes, it was a system error not the senders.

We will send your feedback to the Dev's, but I doubt anything will be fixed this G&T event. Another reason is they might have had their account suspended especially if the system is not showing their farm level.
