Goat pen's not working?

    Is there a reason why when I put my goat pen first then goat pen 1(yellow) it works, but when then I try to put on goat pen 2(orange) it does not, so then naturally goat pen 3 (red) will not go on. What am I missing?

    You can only place 1 coloured upgrade on each base.

    What do you mean by each base? I thought it was one on top of the other in order.

    No, you cannot put a coloured upgrade onto a pen that already has a coloured upgrade on it. You need to put out a basic goat pen for each coloured upgrade you want to use.
