Northy, thanks for starting the strategy thread and crunching the numbers.

I think this farm and sewinglady's will do this event. The rest are sitting it out.

I see that this event is classified as "hard"...and the crop requirement per milled item is high-ish. I also wonder about drop rate. I'll put amaranth out overnight and cross my fingers.

Ramen. Starting on Thanksgiving Day. Of course, that's only in the US...rest of the world will have...Ramen?

Edited to add: Regarding the CR and some of the prizes being for the sticker series -- The first go-round of that series, sewinglady's farm maxed out the red stickers within a couple days (bought a basket) and thus for the duration of that first serie, had 1000% EP/TEP bonus. Now, I'm still not sure how this works for the second go-round and/or when that will be, but all these dribs and drabs of glue, orange and red arrow things, etc., are just gathering in our barns awaiting the series return. Some farmers don't care so much about leveling up. But, for some reason, I do. And it's not a competition, it's just something I want for my farms. And I figure all these little bits we're amassing may help "defray" the cost of getting to 1000% this second go-round. At least I'm hoping that's how it will work.

Thanks so much, Northy, for the great visual chart and pertinent details. I will cheer on all those participating, whilst sitting on the sideline! Rather a lot going on in RL atm.

One of my personal game goals is leveling up in Baha...like PM, not for any competition, but just something I can do (and I admit, I do love the monikers that come with each new level!) :music:

"Raccoonman" is the level 10 breeding raccoon. So I doubt that the game team would also name an upgradable giver that same name.

The little guy is worth a lot though as far as, um, "hoarding" them for the NEXT fall festival. I'm pretty sure SL's farm donated one to "the cause" in this latest FF.

Thanks for doing the figures for us Nordais/Northy! ;)
I'm in and hoping to finish the 60 games at least, the points side is always dependent on luck or my adeptness at the mini-game! :p
    Good luck all! :inlove:

PM23: Am I right in thinking it is best to upgrade the two lower levels of the Sticker event, then upgrade the Red stickers, place all of them and then upgrade and the place Orange stickers and then upgrade and place the first lot (forget the colour!)?

I didn't quite finish last time but I am looking forward to having another go, working in reverse as above.:music:
I did love all the prizes for the Sticker event - all for nothing, didn't buy anything. :inlove:

Yes. SL's farm never got the orange sticker pages past the first page (I think it was 40 stickers max per page) so the bonus for field crops and animal pens was around 500%, but the real EP boost comes from givers so take those red stickers as high as you can. Gotta remember you need moar orange stickers and moar glue - takes an orange sticker to make a red sticker and takes 2 glue to put a red sticker on a page. But still, any bonus you can get and get it as early as possible and upgrade when you get more glue and orange/red stickers is all gravy.

I'm getting a late start on this event. I had to get up and make fruit salad and an eggnog pie. Still have to bake the pumpkin pie. I'll start that falderal after I get the farms set.

Thanks PM23! I did it all wrong last time and have already decided to go straight to finish Red first. :music:

As for this event, I made a good start yesterday (not!) I somehow planted White Lily (which was nowhere near the event seed spot!) on CFs instead of event plant with SG and SSG! For some reason I had to delete them all individually (maybe had event plants round the outside). :wuerg:

Doing better today: I fell on a +100% on the Wheel this morning, added a +100% plant revenue bonus, giving me 53 plants for each CF plot. I have changed to 1x1s to get more drops and also I will be using one of my Season's Points bonus to increase my return (should give 9 per 1x1).

I'm up. I'm up! We have an out of town show today and tomorrow. It's not far, About 40 miles north of here and on the interstate, so if it weren't for the FOG that we woke up to, we'd be all set. Hoping it's cleared off by the time we head out.

I'm trying to decide if Mephi's package of 12 plain ramen is worth it, discount or not. It's a lot of moolah.

I can't believe how lucky I have been - yesterday, I won +100% harvest on the Wheel, activated +100% plant bonus and today (with the other two still running, only just for the first one!), I won a +200% harvest bonus! Yippee! So excited, I forgot to look at how many crops I got from my CF (it was 53 before the 200% so it was probably 80ish). I have put out 1x1s to encourage more drops and they were at 12, now 10 as the first bonus has elapsed. :inlove::music::inlove:
I can't remember the last time I got any bonuses from Wheel and;) I am hoping that everyone else has the same!

This seems fairly easy this time. I didn't use any great strategy and hardly any card switches but even with less than stellar results the points average out so that I can probably collect all the right side prizes before being done with the 60 games.
Still need some drops but there's time.
Thanks for the bonus code reminder, I'd have missed that.

I finished the event:D I actually finished the right side first and still had 3 games left to play out of the 60 which was my goal!
I ended up with 1,050 stars which is more than enough to get the CR giver which costs 300 and another Piccolo box I think it was 160 and then plenty left to spend on other things!:music: So I now have 3 more Piccolos that I will put out as soon as I have space! lol
Good luck everybody, this is an easy event, as I just play with no big plan on where or how to place the toppings!:p

This game mechanic is familiar, so to speak "eyes closed spraying" it took 55 games to fill the right side bar and Piccolo Box. Now then 5 games and all the rest is just collecting star coins. A lot of green drops went into the rapid growth but there was no need to worry about running out of time...

EDIT: no-bonus-star-coins... So 18 games get lost...
edit2: Do those sticker series things really matter to more advanced players? Did I read somewhere that if I knew how to play that, I could get some +100% harvest bonuses or something like that that would do more than just "look at pretty stickers"? Mostly whether I buy something else from the store or those Red Tokens, for example...

All I can say, it's a bit of fun and with lots of stickers, glue and tokens coming from events, it doesn't have to cost anything. I was a bit dubious but when I had a go, I got some nice prizes. As said above, I would upgrade the stickers in the first two sections and not place any stickers until I got to the Red section. I would craft and fill the 30 stickers there, then go back and craft and place 30 Orange stickers and only place in the Yellow section when the other two are done. Just my opinion. ;)

Of course, I have only done this once and my strategy may be wildly wrong but as I don't have to use anything other than what I have won, no problem with a few teething problems! :music:
