    When I received the Hot Cocoa, Sweet Memories item I put it in the park but after some time it appeared that the skin was loading without result. After some time I moved it to a row of vines where it got stuck (I can't take it off). Can you help me?

    There are general issues with the deco item. The Game Team will fix the problem today and then you should be able to remove it.
