How can we use IGM if it's not working for someone?

    Hi Mods, I see my post in the G&T thread has been deleted (which is fair enough) but to put 'use igm' for reason for deleting is okay for you but can you please explain to me (and others who did the same not knowing what else to do) how we are supposed to contact other players through IGM, if their IGM is apparently not working? :sleepy:
    I am not trying to be funny btw I am asking a genuine question 8)

    Hi fifitrixiebell

    The G&T thread is for posting requests and is not supposed to be full of conversations.
    Unfortunately if you are unable to IGM a player, then there is something wrong with their account and you are also unlikely to be able to trade with them also.
    The player in question will need to post in Technical issues

    Can I help further?

    I understand what you are saying but I just think there should be a way of us being able to let another player know we've been trying to IGM them with no response. Is it okay to open up a thread in Gabfest to do that? Just so we know for future reference.
