How does a person get a stall to make a picnic blanket?

Also, is there a list somewhere of all available stalls, trees, and crops?

Also not a mod but the Textile Mill (picnic blankets) workshop where you feed it squirrel feed AND squirrels was awarded in an event and is not readily available. You can look for one during the upcoming Gift and Trade event starting tomorrow. GL.

You can request one during the Barter, Give and Exchange which begins later today.
