Bug Loading Issues & Missing Names on Market

Howdy Farmers,

We have been experiencing for a while technical issues with the game login/loading, as well as missing names at the market – the team has been working on it, it appeared to be fixed briefly, we had a short downtime at 11:45 CEST (UTC+2) - but the issues still persist.

The Dev Team is still working on fixing the current issues, as we still get reports about black layers instead of the Return to the Temple event and other technical issues.

We will sync a hotfix as soon as possible which will lead to a short downtime (approximately 15 minutes), but unfortunately we do not know the exact sync time at the moment.

As soon as we have an update on this matter, we will let you know.

If you are encountering black screen issues: you are one of the users who are affected since yesterday by the current issues, and the developers are working on a solution. (more information will follow)​

For those of you who are still missing keys, a script will run to book the missing keys as soon as possible.

We are happy to inform you that our Dev Team has also fixed the issue regarding the black screen. If you run into a black screen when you try to access the Return to the Temple event, please be so kind and refresh the game then try again, as this will fix it. It may happen that you experience this again and again but the F5 key (refresh) will resolve the issue. We know it is not the best solution and we apologise for the inconvenience, but it does help accessing the event.

We are very sorry but there appears to be another issue with the current event: Unfortunately some users, most likely those who have started the event after 18:30 CEST tonight, might be able to only open one door in the first room of the temple - this issue cannot be fixed during the event, and the Team apologises for the inconvenience and all these troubles.

If you are one of the affected users and you finish the sixth room and then return to the first room again, everything will be working fine - the other doors will be open then. However, this affects the users who do not want to complete the whole event and wish to choose specific doors in the first room. If you want to complete the whole event or at least enter the third event cycle - you will be able to get all the rewards and this will not be too much of an inconvenience.

We are truly sorry once again for all these problems.
