log in to the forum

    Question for a neighbor:
    The brand new pop up for the news no longer has a tab to enter the forum which means
    the BigFish players are locked out of the forum. Was it meant to be that way or is there a new entry method?

    Hello dixiefarms,

    If you open the "? ! " tab on the top navigation bar, you can click on the pen & paper tab to go to the forum, or you can click the Forum link under your Game frame.

    Can I assist you further?

    that tab does not exist, when opening "? !" only 4 tabs show
    chat, keyboard shortcuts, take photo and top 10.
    pen & paper, ?, ! are missing for bigfish players

    Do you have a Forum link at the bottom of the Game Screen? Does that work?

    There is no tab at the bottom of the screen, checked every possible place.
    Went all through the farmhouse, every building in town, chat etc.

    To my understanding, in the past the 'only' entry point was via the News.

    MissSmartyPants has this issue listed under Tech Issues, sorry if I'm listing in the wrong place.

    Hi dixiefarms,
    shooger was not referring to a tab on the game screen. You need to scroll down past the game frame and on the green grass there is a list of links

    I think this is where shooger is hoping you can click to access the forum. Sorry if this is indeed what you have tried dixiefarms.

    Hi Elemeef :)
    Sadly, that list of links does not exist when playing the game through Big Fish Games. If you scroll down past the game frame, there is green grass but it is blank, and under that is Big Fish Games stuff. For BP players, there were three ways to get to the forum: the news window, the ?! button in the upper right corner, and the list of links you mentioned. But for Big Fish Game players, there was only one way to get to the forum: the news window. That option is now gone. :(
