Mainland trees missing

    Hi,
    Last night I bought 10 Baha wonder trees and 10 for the mainland. I've got those for the island, but the mainland ones are missing :eek:

    Hi,
    that sounds almost like me. I bought 20 of each trees yesterday. Was able to plant the island trees later yesterday. When I wanted to plant my mainland trees today, they where nowhere to be found. Please check it out. Thank you.

    I'm not a mod but @Dienstag if you want your account to be checked, you will have to open a new tread (your tread). Posting your tread in others tread is against the rules :oops:

    I apologise for the late reply. I have checked your BB transactions, as well as the harvested wonder tree logs, and it looks like you have not been charged for any main land wonder trees, but for 10 tropical wonder trees, and you have successfully harvested all of them.

    If you would like to see the transaction logs as well as the results for each tree, please be so kind and let me know, and with your approval, I will post them right away. If the main land wonder trees purchase failed, and you still want to get them, I will have to ask you to contact our Customer Care Team to discuss a solution for this, because we are unable to help you with this via the Forum.

    Also, is there anything else I can assist you with?
