Hello, I have noticed that we cannot sell salt and sugar at the market; is there any way to get rid of the excess? I don't really make items in the bakery and it seems like selling these items at the market would be a great way to get rid of them. I can see that we sell almost everything, even pheromones but not salt and sugar? Can we add these to the market? I'm sure. Lot of players love the bakery and perhaps sometimes they may fall short on those supplies so it would be a good way to purchase these.

No, sadly there's no way right now to get rid of salt, sugar, herbal elixir, mandrake and floral wire. Prices of some products have gone up in markets (at least in mine) so now products might bring a good amount of CCs. Selling them in the market wouldn't be that lucrative I think, old time players must have a million of each in inventory...

Thank you for your answer Nordais, I wish there was a way to profit from them even if it were an event. My market products have gone up as well!

You're welcome! Maybe it will be worked up in some way in the next Edeilwess Valley update! There we can trash away XL tree upgrades and yellow animal and workshop pens!:D

Ahh, I haven't unlocked Edeilweiss Valley! That sounds like something I need, although I am a hoarder when it comes to workshops!

I wish too, that we could get rid of salt, sugar and so on. We get tons of them on the wheels, and it is a waste. I never use the craft as they cost too much to produce and cannot be used efficiently. Most of them are gold, and I use the gold for other things.
I have tried the valley and was very disappointed by the game. I got stuck very fast, even with keys and needed product, so I have stopped playing it over a year ago.

In addition to being able to sell/buy salt, sugar and floral wire on the market I really wish we could buy and sell Moonlight products. I'd love to be able to get some upgrades without needing four months to grow and harvest the required products.

What do you mean? I rarely produce anything mostly because they use so much produce, but also because I find the bonuses (at my level) not that worth the effort. Curious to know if this changes as I get further along!

Whilst sugar cannot directly be sold in the market, it can be used to make carrot and apple chutney which sells really well. I have funded my game supply of cc's doing this selling CAC's and it's predecessor, pumpkin jam. I remember buying pumpkins, turning them into pumpkin jam and selling for a tidy profit. CAC sells for 300,000 - 400,000 ccs each (current price is 367,000 on my market.)
And with herbal elixir, I make punch/red punch to use to get TEP.

advice to all of you not utilising the artisans village to make buff items....get crafting, it will pay you dividens in the end.

i have upgraded all crafting abilities to level 5 and can make plenty of crafting items in the village that speed up, enhance & increase yields of crops, stables and workshops. these will certainly help you with completing events and timed quests. combine these with greenhouse enhancements and you can get almost instant crops...ie i can grow amaranth, a 30hr crop in about 1hr, brilliant for drops in events & combine it with a chocolate croissant which enhances crop yield with +3, you can soon build up huge crops of plants.

you will also unlock other recipies of craftables you win in events...like the creme de la creme...pinkie pies. (or as they've now renamed them pinkest pink pie...dont know why!)
and if you dont need them or are short of cash...make a fortune selling them in the market....winner winner!
never bothered with the artisans village when i first started playing but once i realised its potential to aid me in the game.....never looked back!
    ;)
