Missing Chopstick

Hi, could someone please check the logs for me as i was just in the FS looking at the Chopstick quest and it showed i had 7 chopsticks i donated only 3 to one of the quests, #9 to be exact, and now it shows i have only 3 chopsticks left. So i am confused as to where the other Chopstick went. Thank you so very much for your time.

I have checked your logs and you have donated 6 chop sticks this morning:

ok that doesnt make sense either as i had already at a previous time donated 3 prior to this morning then this morning i donated 3 (which would make 6 total) but you are saying i donated 6 which doesnt make sense as i had 7 to start with and now i have 3 so if i donated 6 i would have only had 1 left not 3 but it really should have been 4 as 7 minus the 3 i donated this morning is 4 not 3.
I just got through just now about 10 min ago harvesting a chopstick workshop so now i have 5 but it should be 6. Also i was not wanting to complete the quest which is why i only donated 3 as i wanted to keep 4 in inventory in case i wanted to sell them for some CC

 

Since there has been such a time lag on this i have had to harvest the chopstick workshop again a couple of times and now it will be impossible to figure out. i did not donate 6 at one time as you have stated above i donated 3. the 6 that u show is the total donated as there is 3 more needed to complete that task. so your log is just showing the TOTAL of all chopsticks donated for all time with the time of the last donation not what i specifically donated at that particular time as that would make me only have 1 left in inventory not 3 at that time which it showed but should have been 4 as 7-3=4 as i had 7 to start and donated 3. So your log does not show a true donation just a total. I am really frustrated and disappointed as i did not get a response from my last post and the one responds i did from my first post was a non response as if you read my question you would see that there is something wrong with your response. i understand the mods are busy and i appreciate your volunteering but this lack of response and non-answer are very disappointing. So just close this thread as i see i am not going to get any help with it.

 

I apologize for the delay in response. Unfortunately, we are not able to check past inventory, so we would not have been able to verify how many chopsticks you had in your inventory before you donated the last 3.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of any more help. We can only go by what the logs show.

Sorry Lisa I have not responded sooner but i didnt expect a response just the thread closed as that was the last i had wrote. Thank you for responding and if you cant see inventory logs then it would not have helped much as when donating one went missing somewhere as it wasnt in inventory and it didnt get donated.
