missing cloud row

    Quite early this morning I purchased 300 bb as two lots of 150. I then purchased two cloud rows that I had missed, one being the 2014 xmas row, then went in to my game and filled and started one of the rows - then went looking for the other row and nothing, this was early on the 25th - I had to go out so could not contact support till now. I have checked again and nothing, and I can not see the cloud rows for sale now on this game. my id is 23962666 my farm name is Meggan2010, I am a long time player. I just can not understand what has happened but have checked again and there is no empty cloud row waiting to be filled both rows that were on offer then showed sold out , upsetting as my bb are showing as being spent , please can my account be checked

    Hello Meggan2010,

    Have you checked the individual categories of the cloud row? The Xmas 2014 cloud row is under "animals" and the winter magic row is under "other" . Have you checked your inventory to see if any of the items are showing?

    I thought I had checked everything, will look again now and get back to you later today letting you know what I find , thanks

    hello again Shooger sweet, I have the 2014 magic stalk row as I did set that up by adding the items from my inventory, when I went to add the other items to the other stalk row I could not find the stalk row with the greyed out items and also could find no items to add.
    I have a row in others called Happy Holidays Magic Stalk row increase drop all resources 5% and 2015 EP and BEP 48hrs showing already there, is this the same thing? in which case I already had it, which is strange as it was there for me to buy which I thought I had done .....can you confirm the above as being one of the two items showing on my tab that were available
    to buy please as I did not physically add the items to the row - I was only able to set up the 2014 row ......thanks again

    Hello Meggan2010,

    I apologise for the very late reply. I have checked your cloud rows and both purchased rows from the Retro Cloud Rows sale are found in your account. The Cookie Wonderland row is the 25th on your All cloud rows list, and the Chuck in Charge row is the 48th.

    Is there anything else I can assist you with?
