Missing EP and Drops

    Hi,I have not been playing much recently, just logging in once every two days or so. Because of this I had all my fields including Bahamarama and Rain forest set out with trees. The last few times I have logged in, all fields have produced drops and ep with the exception of the main field. Particularly irritating today due to the requirement for tree drops. Please can you look into it for me ... ID is 45814920. In the meantime, I will not delete the trees from that field. Thanks in advance

    Hello kmellish :)

    Did you have the autoharvester on by any chance? If yes, the drops and EP have been collected as soon as you logged in, even if not displayed on the field when you have accessed it.

    Your trees have been all harvested at 2015-09-17 05:07:42 CEST this morning, so they are not ready to be harvested again. To prevent this in the future, you can turn off the autoharvester before an event, and turn it on right after the event begins.

    Hi Teddy, Thanks for your swift response. Yes,my auto harvester is on, but drops show when I log in on all fields except the main one.. This has been happening since I put my trees out over a week ago but I did not report it. Also, when you look at the drops on the pop up tab at the bottom of the screen ... which is now showing blank???? It showed the drops for all fields except the main one. I accept that this field may have harvested earlier but surely some drops and ep should be shown like the other fields?

    I apologise for the late reply.​

    You could try turning off the autoharvest and turning it on when you log back in, or even better - set the farm to display the map when you login, not the main field. This way, when you access the main field, you will see the drops and EP gathered.

    This time there shouldn't have been a log if the field was harvested earlier, as advised, at 5 am CEST. When the event started, you had no logs and no drops because you logged into the game on the same day 2015-09-17 at 11:17:15 CEST, before the event, so at your next login, shortly after the event start, you had only the other fields available.
