missing Golden Banana's

could I get some one to check my account please?
I leveled up in Bahama a few hours ago, and it doesn't seem to have added the 5 golden Banana's .

yes I refreshed, cleared cache , logged out and back in , restarted... and still not showing.
it's really no huge deal, just curious as to what happened this time. Wed. 9/23/2015 @ 6:30 P.M

I apologise for the very late reply. I have checked your logs and it looks like you have leveled up late in the evening on the 22nd of September, and then on the 24th of September:
2015-09-24 20:03:02 CEST lvlUp +5, total 31
2015-09-22 21:35:26 CEST lvlUp +5, total 26

If you leveled up on the 23rd as well, 3 days in a row, please contact Support for recovering the missing Golden Bananas.

the day in question is the same day that we had the event, 9/22/2015 I got the 5 golden banana's in the event, and I also lvled up as well, that is why I ask. so therefore I should have received 10 Golden Banana's on the 22 of September 2015 please comfirm that this is what your logs are showing.
