missing item from official trade

    My list shows a completed trade for an Ark the herald Angels deco item, but it is not in my inventory. Please check. This was an official trade, not a gift exchange.

    I'm not a mod but did you spell it right? I think it is a "Hark the herald Angels" not "Ark". Also, sometimes a completed trade does not show up until after a refresh. GL finding your item.
