    8) I just purchased SSG's and SG's from the sale. I received SG, but not any SSG's. I had intended to purchase medium baskets of each so I could save my BB's for the BBD coming up. Could you please tell me what happened to my SSG's, and what was actually purchased?
    Thank you.

    Hello farmlily3 :)

I have checked your logs and you have purchased a medium and a large package of Super Grow, but no Suzy's Super Grow:
    2015-01-03 10:57:11 CET SuperGrowSaleBig: 1, -120.00, BBs left: 247.00
    2015-01-03 10:56:50 CET SuperGrowSaleMedium: 1, -60.00 BBs left: 367.00

I am not able to do anything about this, but you can try contacting our Customer Care Team to have the medium one replaced with Suzy's SG, or some mutually agreed compromise :p I cannot promise you it can be done, but it's worth a try.
Is there anything I could help you with?

8)Thank you for your response, teddy.bear - and for providing options!:):) I will accept my losses, and consider it a reminder to...PAY CLOSER ATTENTION... when making purchases, and not be in such a hurry.:( As it is, I still don't have enough SG, and have already had to purchase more.

**If you would, please, pass along a request - which I'm sure most other players share - to NOT be draining our BB's right before a Baby Boom, which has been quite noticeable lately. It negatively affects our entire game, on into the future.>:( If we spend any budgeted amount on SSG's and SG's right before the BBD, or even if we have no set budget and are only AWARE that this is being done, and are also aware of this connection to excessively high crop amounts, well.....you know what happens then.-.- And that is very BAD for Public Relations. Surely they do not want that.**

Thank you, again, for your help teddy.bear!:) The starred message does not apply to you, of course, who only works hard to help us all.:inlove::inlove:

**It is only requested that you pass it on since you have immediate and direct access, with the added comment that by their considering their customers' requests and acting on them, it would generate enough GOOD WILL to actually IMPROVE their bottom line, especially in recommending this game to others. I, for one, want them to succeed in their expansion - but not like this.**

You are most welcome, farmlily3. :) Thank you for your kind words. :inlove:

I can relate to that :p one can never have too much super grow! As for your suggestion, I will forward it - but I would like to point out, in BP's defense, that a breeding event has been scheduled & announced already, so there was a "heads-up" which gave us time to plan on spending our budget wisely :p though one can never have enough power feed either. I do understand your point of view, of course.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

8)Hi, teddy.bear! Thanks for understanding what I had to say.:)

You don't really need to 'defend' BP, though - as I mentioned, I also am in their 'corner', enjoying the game as a whole, and appreciating all the good things that they actually do. But they aren't perfect 'yet' (LOL), and I feel that it helps both them and the players to point out ways to improve what they do so that ALL may benefit.:) As for giving us a heads-up, I've been aware of the BBD since it was posted, and it really had no bearing on the point I was trying to make. My 'budget' is very loose, adaptable, and I had planned ahead, and was in a good position. Right up until they required such high crop rates as to make it nearly impossible......and I have approx. 25 or so Jumbo trees, making SSG's and SG's! Constantly.
Perhaps my wording wasn't entirely clear. We all know that BP is a business and must make money to continue. And they do make it, hand over fist. I have read quite a while ago that they had 14 MILLION players, and that number grows. But using that number - if each of us spent just $100/mo. average - and that should cover those who spend nothing at all right up to those who spend $1000 or more, which isn't hard in this game - multiply that $100 by 14,0000,000 and you can understand that they are not hurting for profit....even if it were only half that.
My point was that the WAY they set the events and crop amounts up, and their scheduling of them, is designed to either buy, buy, buy more and more BB's, or lose so much fun in this game...being unable to complete events because of the high crop requirements, etc., and forever after losing out on the ongoing benefits of the rewards offered for completing the event. This does NOT seem fair or fun to me. This is a game, and it should be BOTH fair AND fun. And THAT is my objection to all of the aforementioned. It just seems a little underhanded a way of forcing us to buy BB's. (If we want to truly ENJOY this game to its full - then we must buy MORE BB's. It is like psychological blackmail, if you will, because we wouldn't keep playing this game if we didn't want to do well at it.) This is what all the objections to paying BB's in the Advent Calendar were about - a moral objection.
So - I'm all for BP making money so we can continue playing this excellent game - but I hope it will be with a little more emphasis on player satisfaction rather than so much about squeezing all the BB's out of us that they can think of. And I respectfully submit this opinion/request to BP, with thanks for their SERIOUS consideration to its points.

    Hello farmlily3 :)

Thank you very much for your input on this topic.

I would like to say that I have no idea about the actual numbers, or even of an estimation, but I can assure you that players don't spend in average $100 / month. There are quite a few big spenders ? (one of them being yourself xD) Yes. But most of the players are not buying BBs, or if they do, they spend a few $ per month.
I cannot continue this conversation I am afraid , but is there anything else I can assist you with?
